INTERAPPS, INC ANNOUNCES WIZDOM for ASK.ME

Allows any application to use knowledge stored in the ASK.ME knowledgebases provided by KnowledgeBroker, Inc.

October 31, 1996 - InterApps, Inc. of Hermosa Beach, CA, today announced the immediate availability of InterApps Dominion WIZDOM for ASK.ME. The announcement was made today from Hermosa Beach, California.

The WIZDOM extension for ASK.ME allows any application, including InterApps DOMINION help desk software, to be able to access knowledge and cases that are provided in the industry standard ASK.ME case format. ASK.ME is a product of KnowledgeBroker, Inc. of Reno, Nevada. The WIZDOM software can be used as an 'add in' to current products, or it can be used as an overlay with current product, or you can use it as a complete standalone casebase searching solution.

The WIZDOM system can also work as an add-in to any existing Superbase application, and can work with any application that can launch a program, operate via DDE, or with applications that provide and form of macro or control language.
