INTERAPPS, INC ANNOUNCES DOMINION ENHANCEMENTS

SQL, Batch Scheduling, Sales/PO/WO, Remote Access, Info/Management Support!

March 11, 1996 - InterApps, Inc. of Hermosa Beach, CA, today announced the immediate availability of enhancements to DOMINION version 3.0. The announcement was made today from Support Services Conference and Expo '96.

The DOMINION customer information, help desk, and support management system has been enhanced in a number of important ways. SQL scaleability allows any or all of the DOMINION database files to reside in a SQL Server. The SQL support even allows databases to be split across different SQL Servers and across multiple domains, workgroups, and locations. The Batch Scheduler / Task Automation allows people to schedule repetitive tasks such as archiving, synchronization, report distribution, report printing and even non-DOMINION specific tasks. The Sales Management module allows people to use DOMINION to track prospects, proposals, workorders, advertisements, purchase orders, mailing groups, telemarketing scripts and more. Remote Access enhancements includes Dyna-Cache, an exclusive technology which provides high performance access over low speed Remote Access and RAS facilities. The Info/Management Synchronization gateway, provides bi-directional synchronization between DOMINION and IBM's host management information system.

InterApps was formed in 1991 and is known worldwide for scaleable, enterprise information management solutions. InterApps is a full service company providing applications, training, custom consulting and contract services. For further information, call InterApps, Inc. at (310) 374-4125, FAX: (310) 374-7971.
