Introduction

This guide will assist the manager and others in retrieving information from Dominion. The first chapter contains information that you can use to create, modify and customize any type of report that you wish. The remaining chapters contain information on the standard reports shipped with Dominion. In these chapters can be found a brief description of the report, the report's filename, a screen shot of the report and the Superbasic code that is used to create the report.

The following is an overview of the Reports Guide:

Quick Reports, provides users with information on how to create, open, modify, save and customize reports.

Problem Management Reports, provides reports that are related to managing reported problems.

Change Management Reports, provides reports that will aid in the tracking of changes in your organization.

Inventory Management Reports, provides information that will aid in the tracking of inventory items.

Administrative Reports, provides system log, telephone directory and team information reports.

Project Management Reports, provides reports to help track the information on and status of projects and their associated tasks.
