Dominion is a help desk, and customer service software system. It is designed to help you log, track, resolve, and report on problems, issues, bugs, changes and more. Dominion allows customers to submit their own problems, search thru knowledge bases, and with with optional Dominion/Web extension, they can interact with Dominion across the internet and intranet.
